The Final of the Students’ Volleyball Tournament in 2022

The students’ volleyball tournament with the participation of 6 teams from different faculties started on 12 September 2022 and after playing 15 spectacular games, the team of Fine Arts and the team of Education faculties could defeat their opponents and reached the final round of this tournament.
In the final game, the Fine Arts team was able to defeat the Education team with a score of 3-0 and become the winner of this championship.
In the final ceremony of this competition Prof, Ghulam Hazrat Hasas Deputy of Students’ Affairs, Prof, Mohammad Tofiq Rahmani the dean of Fine Arts faculty, Nizam al-Din Maleki, head of student services integration, Abdul Ahmad Hashimi head of the Herat province Volleyball Federation, the Herat University’s sports authorities and some other students were present, first, the Herat University students’ affairs appreciated the holders of this competition; after he talked about the importance of doing sports for youth especially students, he vowed to increase the cooperation with students and other sport officials to hold more different kind of sports.
In the end, the championship cup and other trophies were distributed to the first and second teams by the guests.
