Herat University today signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Herat Telecommunication Directorate, Herat Host Company and Pam Tech.
The purpose of these agreements was to cooperate in educational, research and capacity building areas to achieve the common goals between aforementioned companies and the Herat University directorship.
