A collaboration agreement between Herat Government office and Ghalib Private University was signed

A collaboration agreement between Herat Government office and Ghalib Private University was signed today with presence of Noor-Aldin Ahmad Islam Jar the governor of Herat, Mulavi Menatullah Akhondzadeh, special representative of Ministry of Higher Education and Herat University deputy of Finance and Administrative, Prof, Mohammad Naser Rahyab Chancellor of Galib University, Qari Zabihullah Erfan head of Herat Governor’s development human resources, Mulana Naeem-Alhaq Haqani president of Information and Culture of Herat, representative of Private Universities and Higher Education Institutions’ Unions in the west zone and other presidents of state offices in Herat Government’s conference hall. The attendees of this meeting talked about the agreement and its goals, description and cooperation, importance of academic institutions’ collaborations, significance of creation of learning and scientific agreements, the role of educational programs; they also listened to the guidance speech of the Herat Governor. in this meeting, Mulavi Menatullah Akhondzadeh, special representative of Ministry of Higher Education and Herat University deputy of Finance and Administrative addressed signing of collaboration agreement between private and public higher education institutions significant and vital in order to meet the needs of strategic goals; he also said: “the signing of this agreement is a positive step in order to create a constructive competition among the private higher education institutions which its result is not only the reason for increasing of institution’s educational quality but also is a reason for capacity building of the employees of the state offices which enables them to offer better social services to people.” In the end, the agreement was signed with presence of Herat Governor, chancellor of Ghalib University and other attendees.
