معاونیت مالی و اداری پوهنتون با همکاری تیم پوهنځی انجینری مطابق به ماستر پلان این پوهنتون، به منظور ایجاد تسهیلات بهتر برای محصلان، اقدام به ساخت ساحه‌ی مطالعه‌ی باز نموده است.
در این ساحه، جدول‌کشی‌های و چوکی‌ها برای مطالعه در فضای باز در نظر گرفته شده است تا محیطی آرام و مناسب برای محصلان فراهم گردد.
معاونیت مالی و اداری پوهنتون هرات متعهد است با اجرای چنین برنامه‌های زیرساختی زمینه‌ی بهتری برای مطالعۀ محصلان مهیا نماید.
