Consultative Meeting of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs with Faculty Teaching Managers

The consultative meeting of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs at the university began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran.
At the beginning, Al-Haj Sheikh-ul-Hadith Mawlana Abdul Hadi Zulhadi, the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs at Herat University, welcomed the attendees and emphasized the importance of sincerity in performing duties and being diligent in fulfilling responsibilities. He stated that a job is a divine trust entrusted to a believer and must be carried out in the best possible manner.
In his guiding remarks, he highlighted that everyone has a responsibility in their role, which is to provide educational services to students. He stressed the need to handle students' legal requests within the designated time frame in accordance with prevailing rules and regulations. He also emphasized seeking the pleasure of Almighty Allah in all administrative processes and avoiding actions that violate policies, cause delays for students, create bureaucratic hurdles, or are influenced by ethnic, religious, or regional affiliations.
The Vice Chancellor added that the purpose of this meeting was to accelerate administrative processes, enhance coordination, exchange ideas, and gather constructive feedback from faculty teaching managers to improve student affairs. He also stated that the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs is always open for consultation and collaboration with faculty members.
Following this, the meeting participants discussed the follow-up of previous decisions, the implementation and challenges of the HEMIS system, the compilation and urgent submission of the 1403 graduates' book, the group processing of academic documents, and the concerns and suggestions of faculty teaching managers.
Additionally, the Vice Chancellor instructed faculty teaching managers to nominate their top-performing and outstanding students so that a special registry of distinguished students could be established. This initiative aims to maintain future connections with these students, invite them to specialized, ideological, and intellectual workshops, and support their creativity and innovations.
The meeting concluded with a supplication (Dua).
