5. Providing software and hardware technical services to faculties

6. Providing information technology training services for professors, staff and students

7. Providing information technology training services for employees of universities in the western zone of the country

8. Gather information about IT hardware facilities at the university level

9. Activate the website of Herat University (www.hu.edu.af) and prepare a suitable and standard structure for the website, as well as feed and edit it after collecting content in three languages: Dari, Pashto and English.
