Introducing the Communication and Public Awareness Officer

Mohammad Naser Mostaner was introduced to his colleagues as the Head of the Relations and Public Awareness Department of Herat University as Prof, Abdul Aziz Nomani Chancellor of Herat University, Mulavi Menatullah Akhondzadeh, special representative of the Ministry of Higher Education and Herat University deputy of Finance and Administrative, Prof, Rahim Bakhsh Faqiryar head of Lecturers’ Affairs and superintendent of Academic deputy and some other administrative staffs were present.
Prof, Abdul Aziz Nomani Chancellor of Herat University hoped for Mr. Mostaner’s success and said it is vital to have commitments and perseverance for running the related affairs and asked God to help Mr. Mostaner in his affairs.
Mr. Mostaner thanked Herat University’s delegation and vowed not to ignore any effort in accordance with related plans and goals.
