During these meetings, Hafiz Mohammad Bashir Mujahid, the Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration, spoke about the programs of this department, emphasizing the importance of academic staff collaboration in presenting proposals for planting saplings, ornamental flowers, and creating parks. He stated that the cooperation and creative ideas of professors play a crucial role in beautifying the university environment and creating a suitable atmosphere for all members of this academic institution.

The professors and deans of the mentioned faculties welcomed these programs and announced their full readiness to collaborate in all areas, particularly in providing effective plans for the development of green spaces in the university. They also suggested that alongside planting saplings and ornamental flowers, programs should be designed for the maintenance and care of these projects to ensure their sustainability.
It is planned that the university's Finance and Administration Department will plant 25,000 saplings and ornamental flowers in various areas of the university.
