A memorandum of understanding for cooperation was signed between the Faculty of Administration and Public Policy at Herat University and the Faculty of Economics at Ghalib Private University.

This event took place during a ceremony attended by Sheikh Al-Quran Wal-Hadith Mawlana Abdul Ghani Haqqani, President of Herat University; Dr. Hafizullah Jawad, Dean of the Faculty of Administration and Public Policy at Herat University; Dr. Mohammad Taher Tanzihy, President of Ghalib Private University; Najibullah Ishaqzai, Dean of the Faculty of Economics at Ghalib University; along with a number of professors and guests.
At the beginning of the ceremony, the President of Herat University welcomed the guests and emphasized the importance of cultural partnerships between academic institutions. He stated:
"Such agreements contribute to the exchange of experiences between the two institutions, which can play a significant role in the advancement of knowledge among the younger generation."
Subsequently, Dr. Mohammad Taher Tanzihy, President of Ghalib Private University, exprsed his pleasure in signing this agreement, describing Herat University as one of the country's leading academic institutions. He reaffirmed Ghalib Private University's commitment to implementing the provisions of this agreement and pledged to organize joint academic and cultural programs in collaboration with Herat University.
In conclusion, the memorandum of understanding was signed in the presence of the officials of both universities, marking a significant step towards strengthening academic and cultural cooperation.
