A gathering of a calm nation and a responsible government

This the title of the ceremony which was organized by the Department of Information and Culture of Herat Province in the presence of Maulvi Khairullah Khairkhah, Minister of Information and Culture of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Sheikh Al-Hadith Maulvi Noor Ahmad Islamjar, Governor of Herat Province, Maulvi Hayatullah Mohajer Farahi, Publication Assistant of the Minister of Information and Culture, Sheikh Al-Hadith Abul Hikmat Mufti Abdul Ghafar The president of Herat University, scholars, clerics, other heads of the Islamic Emirate Department, and  private departments were held in Maulana Jalaldin Muhammad Balkhi Hall.
In this gathering, professor Dr. Khalil Ahmad Azar spoke on behalf of the Emirate Private Higher Education Institutions and expressed his satisfaction with the implementation of such programs that bring the people and the government closer together. He also mentioned that for having a peaceful country not only government but also people should have a sense of responsibility.
He added: responsible family, modern and dynamic education, and all-round support of the country's elites are the basic foundations for the growth and development of the society.
Also, Mr. Azar positively evaluated the economic programs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan and offered basic suggestions and solutions to overcome other challenges and problems.
