Pohandoy Dr. Abdullah Faiz, Chancellor of Herat University, emphasized on the signing of the memorandum of cooperation between academic Institutions and said: "The memorandum of cooperation is intended to collaborate in national educational, research, capacity building and national and international scientific communications to achieve the shared goals of each”. Chancellor of Herat University also added, “having a memorandum of cooperation with private higher education institutions will provide Herat University with a legal basis for these institutions to use government facilities, gain experience, and strengthen them.The Chancellor of the Ghalib Private University, Pohand Mohammad Nasser Rahyab, also called the signing of the memorandum important and emphasized on the importance of establishing scientific links.According to this memorandum, both universities collaborate on educational research, international scientific communication, and sports sectors.
