At the initiative of the Faculty of Administration and Public Policy at Herat University, the first session of the Think Tank for the Administration Department of this faculty was held today under the title "Change and Transformation Towards Personal and Organizational Development."
The goal of this session was defined as enhancing the art of dialogue, expanding critical thinking, opening minds, and strengthening the spirit of accepting criticism. In the first session, members discussed and exchanged views on the role of positive changes in personal and organizational growth, sharing their experiences and perspectives.
The atmosphere of the session was described as interactive and dynamic, with a particular emphasis on creating a suitable environment for collective thinking and identifying innovative solutions to improve individual and organizational performance.
The Think Tank was considered a valuable opportunity for colleagues and students to enhance their intellectual and practical skills.
It is worth mentioning that the Think Tank will be held monthly for the faculty's professors and students.
