The bidding process for the 120-meter land at Herat University, aimed at providing services to passport applicants, was conducted.

In this process, with the presence of Sheikh al-Quran and al-Hadith Mawlana Abdul Ghani Haqqani (may Allah protect him), the President of Herat University, Qari Nisar Ahmad Qasemi, Head of Preparation, Procurement, and Services, Hamza Gul Ahrar, Head of Financial Affairs, and the Monitoring Board of Herat Province, the goal was to facilitate the provision of services to citizens and improve the service delivery process.
During this process, the conditions and criteria for the bidding were presented transparently, and the proposals of the applicants were examined in accordance with laws and regulations, with emphasis on transparency and adherence to legal principles at all stages of the process.
The results of this bidding were announced after necessary reviews.
