The book "Shokoh-e-Hariwa in India" was unveiled in India through the collaboration of the Research Directorate and Scientific Journal of Herat University with the TIKA office in Herat.

A ceremony marking this occasion was held in the Faculty of Agriculture Hall, attended by Sheikh-ul-Quran and Hadith, Mawlana Abdul Ghani Haqqani (may Allah protect him), the Chancellor of Herat University; Qari Mohammad Basheer Mujahid, Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration; Alhaj Mawlana Noor-ul-Haq Azhar, Head of the TIKA office; Dr. Sina Ilhan, Consul General of the Republic of Turkey in Herat; Dr. Arafat Deniz, Head of the TIKA office; Dr. Salahuddin Jami, Head of the Herat Literary Association; Mawlana Hameedullah Ghiasi, Director of Culture and Arts at the Directorate of Information and Culture in Herat Province; faculty deans, and other distinguished guests.
The ceremony began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran. Sheikh-ul-Quran and Hadith, Mawlana Abdul Ghani Haqqani (may Allah protect him), the Chancellor of Herat University, welcomed the guests and expressed his gratitude to the Research Directorate, Scientific Journal, and the TIKA office in Herat. He emphasized the university leadership’s commitment to supporting its faculty members and praised the efforts of Prof. Fazlur Rahman Faqihi, Professor of the Faculty of Literature and Humanities, and the author of the book "Shokoh-e-Hariwa in India."
Dr. Arafat Deniz, Head of the TIKA office in Herat, also spoke, highlighting that the book is a significant contribution to the field of literature. He commended Prof. Fazlur Rahman Faqihi for his efforts and pledged full support to Herat University.
Further speeches were delivered by Mawlana Hameedullah Ghiasi, Dr. Salahuddin Jami, and Qazi Ghausuddin Mastmand Ghori, discussing the topic and its importance.
Later, Prof. Dr. Fazlur Rahman Faqihi, the author of the book, provided insights into its content and objectives. Finally, Dr. Sina Ilhan, Consul General of the Republic of Turkey in Herat, delivered a closing speech, and the book "Shokoh-e-Hariwa in India" was officially unveiled in the presence of the attendees.
