The Head of Employee Affairs at the Ministry of Higher Education Meets with Officials of Herat University

Molavi Sultan Mohammad Mohsen, the Head of Employee Affairs at the Ministry of Higher Education, along with his accompanying delegation, met with Molavi Mohammad Musa Faiq, the Deputy for Academic Affairs and Acting Head of Herat University, Hafiz Mohammad Basheer Mujahid, the Deputy for Financial and Administrative Affairs, Haji Molavi Noorulhaq Azhar, the Director of the University President’s Office, and the heads of administrative departments (Financial and Administrative Deputy Office) of this academic institution.
Molavi Sultan Mohammad Mohsen expressed his pleasure at visiting Herat University, stating that the purpose of these meetings is to discuss improving the employee affairs system in accordance with their job descriptions, enhancing coordination among administrative departments, holding regular meetings, hiring competent and qualified individuals, ensuring employee attendance, and developing their capacities. He added that the accompanying delegation plans to organize capacity-building seminars to enhance employees' skills.
Molavi Mohammad Musa Faiq, the Deputy for Academic Affairs and Acting Head of Herat University, welcomed the guests and stated that the university's employees would benefit from the experiences and knowledge of the esteemed delegation. He emphasized that this collaboration would not only contribute to raising the university's academic and educational standards but also provide opportunities for exchanging knowledge, skills, and experiences between both parties.
Hafiz Mohammad Basheer Mujahid, the Deputy for Financial and Administrative Affairs, welcomed the capacity-building programs initiated by the Employee Affairs Directorate of the Ministry of Higher Education. He presented a general report on the formation and activities of the administrative departments and highlighted the need for cooperation and guidance from the Ministry of Higher Education to improve administrative affairs.
At the end of the meeting, attendees shared their opinions and suggestions on various topics.
