Introduction

Private law department by approving ministry of higher education was created in 1391. Private law is one the most basic branches of law science. In this department students familiarize with individual well-being, business law, firms, cooperation, trades, banking & solving disagreements…so on. Private law faculty currently has six lecturers.

Academic goals:

  • Taking active part in the process of legal science via cooperation in bringing academic staffs up in Afghanistan
  • Improving lecturers level of education by having them in long & short term in master & Ph.D. programs
  • Improving credit system in order to facilitate learning for teachers, students and their vocational trainings
  • Standardizing curriculum sub-subjects based on the needs of Afghan Society
  • Holding academic workshops& seminars in private law
  • Efforts for conducting investigating projects by teachers and students to recognize the social challenges and suggesting the solutions for them
  • Cooperation in implementing law enforcement and giving advices to authorized organizations
