Abdullah Anis, son of Abdul Karim, was born in a religious family in Afghanistan in 1983. He completed his elementary education in Iran, Khorasan province, his secondary education at Salahiddin Saljoogi school and high school education at Molana Abdul Rahman Jami High School in Herat in 2000. After that, in 2001, he started his higher education by joining Engineering Faculty at Herat University.  After successfully completing his bachelor’s degree, he became member of Engineering Faculty in 2008.  He obtained his master degree from Hartford University in U.S on 2010, and he published two academic research-based papers. He was selected as the Acting Dean of Engineering Faculty in 2018. Similarly, he worked as an urban engineer for United Nation for six months, and as an architect, he worked in Dakar for three years.
